Why externships?
Academic education focuses on helping learners understand the fundamentals of science and how to apply the fundamental knowledge in a process or product making. Among these different channels, externships are special, short, career-oriented programmes that are offered to the learners by industries to make the learners understand different job roles and operation models of industrial setups, which will ultimately trigger their applied knowledge and urge them to further develop skills needed for industries.
