I have gained knowledge about the various components that make up a research. This program had all the essential information that I should have at the back of my head whenever I am taking up research. Before this program, I thought research entailed only googling and copying information. Now I have learnt that literature forms a very essential part, and that it isn't meant to be copied, but studied and reviewed. The literature once reviewed can be put into use, while performing the research. Research gives us an identity as it is novel and it includes the DII Discovery, innovation and invention.
