Hi, During my internship period, I gained invaluable experience. This program deepened my understanding of food safety and quality assurance in the food industry. This program provided a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities of microbial quality controllers including food production, storage and transportation, etc. This internship covered the fundamentals of performing microbial testing in food samples, essential measures for microbial quality control in food quality management systems, and how to make proper documentation and QC reports as a quality controller makes more knowledge about this field.
