I am writing to provide my testimonial feedback during this pre-industrial internship on the Cancer Biotechnologist role. Throughout the internship period of 21 days, I developed a strong sense of passion in the field of research. This internship gave me the golden opportunity to experience both the academia and the industry side of this sector. As I am only a 2nd year student in B.Sc. Biotechnology, the content provided was simple and was easily understandable. Even when the content was advanced and I struggled to understand, this internship pushed me to go out and learn more about cancer, its mechanism, the techniques used in the diagnostic tests etc. From explaining the role of cancer biotechnologist to future prospects in this field everything was beautifully covered. In these 21 days I got the best knowledge and exposure in the field of cancer research. I am extremely grateful to the panel members, teachers and the BioLim Team.
