If I pay my fees for the next batch right now, i.e. one or two months prior, will I be asked to pay any additional fees if the fees structure is revised on the start of the batch for the course of interest?

No, the fees structure which was active when you paid will be applicable to you; hence, you need not pay any additional fees.

Will I be allowed to pay the fees after joining the programme?

No, you have to pay the fees in order to join the programme. So that we can provide a seat to the batch in which you wish to join.

What will be the fee structure of the programme? Where can I find the fee details?

Fee varies based on the stream you have chosen, duration,  your eligibility, country origin, nature of certificate requirement (e-certificate or hard copy certificate) etc. Hence fee details are given to the applicant after the verification call. The fee details can be viewed by tracking the application on our website after the verification call.

I have made the payment and completed the admission process. I want to withdraw the application. Will my money be refunded?

Please note as per our policy a refund cannot be processed for registration fee. However, if you would like to continue with the program later or you want to join a different programme with us or you want to transfer your fee to a friend of you to carry out the programme, you can write to our support desk.

I have made the payment. I did not get any confirmation regarding the same . How to check if the payment has reached you.

Your payment will be processed within 24-48 working hours. Once it is processed, you will be notified via email to submit your proofs and proceed further. Kindly track your application using the initial entry number and date of birth to know the status of the application. If you still have not received an email for proof submission and it is beyond 48 hours, kindly send a query mentioning the application details.

I am trying to track the application but it says the Initial entry number or date of birth is invalid. My application is processed. How do I find the correct initial entry number?

Kindly check your inbox for the Welcome email from our admission desk. It will have the correct Initial entry number that is accepted for processing. If you have applied twice for any reason, your duplicate application will be rejected. Also leaving space in the initial entry number will also make your application not trackable. Hence ensure there is no space between or at the end of the application form. Kindly track using the Initial entry number in the welcome email and use date of birth provided in the application. If you still have issues in tracking your application, kindly contact our support desk.

How do I know the status of my registration after I have paid my fee through an online payment gateway?

You can track your application to know your application status. It usually takes one to two working days to verify your payment and move your application to further status. You will also receive an email following the update. If there is no update from our end on the application status even after more than two working days, you can immediately contact our support centre.
