I have submitted my proofs. I did not get any confirmation regarding the same . How to check if the proofs are verified?
Kindly give 24-48 working hours for your proof to be verified. Once your proof is verified and accepted you will be notified via email that your proofs are verified and your application shall be moved to FOR JOINING status. If your proof is verified and found not to be fit for acceptance due to certain valuable reasons, you will be notified via email and your application shall be moved to FOR PROOF RESUBMISSION status. Kindly track your application using the initial entry number and date of birth to know the status of the application. If you still have not received any email from our proof verification team and it is beyond 48 working hours from the time you have submitted the proof, kindly contact our support centre.

What documents can be submitted as proof?
If you are from India, you can submit your aadhar card, voter ID, passport or driving licence as a proof and if you are from Overseas you can submit your National ID, Passport or Driving Licence or any other legal document pertaining to your country which has an address and your photo identity. Why should I submit my Proofs?
Proof verification is a mandatory part of our admission process. SInce we are an online skill development service provider, we are into verifying the originality of the learners. As we are an emerging certifying body for skill development efficiency of our learners, we are highly concerned about the originality of the learners as well as the related certification. Hence as per our policy we will provide required access to portals and start the joining process only after verifying the proofs of our applicants. If my address is not matching what should I do?
While proof verification, your proof will be approved only if the address mentioned in the proof is matching with the address provided in the application. If there is a mismatch it will not be verified. You can either submit an alternate proof for the address mentioned in the application. Will my personal information be safe?
We follow a strict learner data protection policy and hence your personal information is safe with us.
Will BioLim do online verification of the submitted proofs?
No. We do only offline verification.
Will my proof be openly posted in the BioLim portals?
No. We do not post your proof anywhere in our portals for any purpose.
What benefit will I get by submitting the proof directly?
Your certificate shall be tagged with the identification number (masked) of your proof and hence your certificate will be unique for your use and can not be used by anyone else in your name.
