I missed my verification call, I want to re-initiate the process. How should I do it?

You can write to our support desk by mentioning your name, email and mobile number  which you have given while applying. Along with this provide your details about the programme and your request info. Once received your query, our support desk will communicate with the admission team and reinitiate the verification  process.

How can I find my eligibility for a programme?

On every programme page in our website, we have given information on the eligibility criteria. You can go through the same. For further analysing your eligibility to apply for a specific programme and during the verification call our counsellor will be analysing and informing you about your eligibility.

I have not received a verification call. What should I do now?

Our admission counsellors will call for verification within 24-48 working hours from the date of application. If you are still within this timeframe, kindly wait until you will soon receive a call from our counsellor. Sundays and Indian national holidays should be excluded from the 48 hours limit. If it is more than 48 hours, you can track and check the status of your application. On a few occasions, your application may be moved to incomplete or it will be under verification status because you might have missed our counsellor call. My application was rejected as I was not attending the call continuously. Can I apply again?

Yes, you can apply again. Alternatively you can also reopen your rejected application by supporting our contact desk. You can reach our support centre in the following link. Once received your request, our support centre will communicate with the admission team to reopen the application and reinitiate the verification process.

While tracking I found the counsellor was not able to reach me due to an incorrect phone number and asking for an alternate number. How do I update you?

You can provide your proper mobile number to our support team. Once received, our support centre will  forward the details to the admission team and reinitiate your verification process, with the alternate phone number provided. Kindly be available for verification call because only if verification is done, we can take your application forward.

Can I apply for multiple courses or programmes at a time?

You can apply for multiple programmes. However it is based on the programme you applied for. Our counsellor will guide you during the verification call.

I have a few more queries about the programme, how do I contact you and what is the right time to contact you?

You can contact a counsellor between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can request a call back from our counsellor team through our support centre. You can drop your request through the following link

I want to join the next batch. How can I know about your next batch dates?

You can apply for a specific programme now and you can discuss the batch details with our counsellor. If you already applied, and forgot to discuss the batch details you can request a call back from our counsellor. Please contact our support centre for the same.

If I have not received the acknowledgement mail after I applied online, what should I do?

Please check your email inbox and in other folders such as PROMOTIONS or UPDATES. Please also check the spam folder. Due to certain server side issues, at times the email may reach you a bit slower. If you have not received the same even after 24 hours, re-apply using the same online application form and make a note of your initial entry number which starts from BSTXXXXX. Alternatively, you can also contact our support team by providing your name, email and phone number and ask for assistance to check whether your application has been received or not. Our support team will be helping you further on the same.

I have forgotten my initial entry number, how do I retrieve it?

Please verify your mail inbox for the acknowledgement email, which you would have received once after you apply for our programme. If you were not able to retrieve your initial entry number, please drop your request to our support centre stating your name, date of birth, programme applied and correct mail id which you have given during the application process. Our support desk will help you to retrieve the initial entry number and will inform you through email.

 

I have applied and my application is processed. However, when I track it says my application is closed. What should I do now?

On two occasions your application tracking will end up like this. The first occasion is if you have given any wrong credentials to track your application. In that case, kindly use the correct IEN number mentioned in the welcome email you received and make sure you are using the same date of birth as provided in the application. If you need further assistance in clarifying please contact our support desk stating your name, date of birth, name of the programme you have applied and the correct mail id which you have given in your application. The second occasion is that on your prolonged dormancy after your application processing, your application shall be closed by the admission desk. In that case, also, you can contact our support desk. Our support desk will help you with this further.

 

I am not residing in India. Can I join this programme?

Yes, you can enrol on the programme from any part of the world as it is conducted Online mode through our BioLim skill cloud portal.

I am not residing in India. How can I make the payment for a programme?

International learners can pay using bank deposit using swift code, credit/debit card, western union or using Paypal. For more information please contact your counsellor or our support desk.

While tracking my application I found the counsellor was not able to reach due to an incorrect phone number and asking for an alternate number. How do I update you?

Please drop your alternate phone number to us in the query form stating your name, date of birth, Initial Entry Number and programme applied and the correct mail id which you have given during the application process. Our support desk will connect you with the right counsellor.
