Research is one of the dreams for the young budding learners especially in the life science sector. A research is a combinatorial approach which should be executed with subject knowledge, background study, research problem identification, hypothesis development, protocol development, research performance, result compilation, result analysis and possible solution finding. It takes considerable time for junior researchers to understand the process of research, to develop essential skills for it and go for implementation of the research plan. Our young scientist programmes are aimed to provide a clear overview on the essential skill set to young learners to understand the research process more effectively in a shorter period of time and to start a real research process on their own for academic or job purposes without any hesitation. Currently we are conducting a young scientist programme in offline mode.
